Return Policy
Customers may return a product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date it is delivered in it's original condition and packaging as it was received.

Returned products must be in new condition, in all of it's original packaging with accessories, covers, tags, and documentation received with the order.
It must not show any signs of use, scratches, and alterations (worn, washed, ironed, stains, etc.).

We recommend trying on garments without makeup, lotion, sunscreen, or any other skin products to prevent altering the garment. Consider washing your hands before trying on and garment to prevent the transfer of skin oils. We also recommend trying on garments without wearing any additional garments with hardware, or accessories that might catch the stitching and pull on threads.

 

Exchange Policy
Customers may return a product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date it is delivered in it's original condition and packaging as it was received.

To be eligible for exchange, products must meet our return policy requirements mentioned above.

Products may only be exchanged for the same item of different color or size, when available and in stock.

 

Returns & Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hansandvolk@gmail.com, or reply to your order confirmation email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that all products and packaging are heavily inspected inside and out prior to shipment with documentation on file.

We are not responsible for damages to the product after it has been delivered. We do however hold couriers responsible for mishandling or negligence during transit.

Exceptions // non-returnable items
Please get in touch prior to purchase if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned in the return policy above, Returned products must be in new condition, in all of it's original packaging with accessories, covers, tags, and documentation received with the order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
